Missy Rose Heidelberg is a cum laude graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law (2004), where she served as Executive Articles Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal. She is a member of the Capital Area Bar Association, where she previously served a two year term as Director, and is a member of Jackson Young Lawyers Association, where she has held a number of leadership positions, including President, Director, Treasurer, and social chairman. She has also served on the executive boards of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association and the Mississippi Women Lawyers Association. Missy is also an active member of the American Bar association and the DRI Women in the Law committee. Missy's law practice primarily includes insurance coverage disputes and litigation, commercial claims and litigation, contracts, bad faith insurance, and personal injury.
Missy is a cum laude graduate of Millsaps College, where she received a B.A. in Sociology-Anthropology in 2000. In addition to practicing law, Missy is involved in a number of civic activities and community outreach programs. She enjoys volunteering and mentoring students at Millsaps College and regularly volunteers at Blair E. Batson Hospital, Stewpot’s Community Kitchen, The Hope House of Hospitality, and Habitat for Humanity. Missy, a Shreveport, Louisiana native, lives in Jackson with her husband, Mack, daughter, Madison, and son, Alex.
