Michael S. McKay

Michael S. McKay practices primarily in the areas of business and real estate transactions. His practice involves all aspects of title examination and certification, commercial and residential real estate closing and the litigation of title issues. Mike received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi in 1980 and his law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1983. After completing law school, he served a one year term as Research Assistant to Presiding Justice Harry G. Walker of the Mississippi Supreme Court. He has been in private practice since 1984 and is a frequent speaker at real estate and title insurance seminars. Mike has achieved a Martindale-Hubble AV Rating.
